This dedication creates a balanced and successful management experience. Our pricing is competitive and reasonable and our standards of services are exceptional. We pride ourselves on the management of each property as if it were our own and provide fair and honest management. 

We  DO NOT CHARGE  a setup fee if you retain our services. In the past your association may have paid over $500 just to initiate service with a new management company! Unlike many other companies, we do not “nickel and dime” our associations.  

We   DO NOT CHARGE  for the following:

* Association Set-Up  * Cost free Right to Terminate * Drafting of Minutes * Drafting of Newsletters * E-Mail Services * Governing Doc Scanning * Maintenance Logs * Fax Transmissions * Homeowner Mailing Handling * Misc. Office Supplies  * Telephone calls * Updated Homeowner Lists * Violation/Correction Letters

These costs can exceed thousands of dollars each year!
